From the Finder, click this file once to select it. You can force 'FontFX7 v1.4.dmg' file to be opened by the DiskImageMounter application. It should be opened by the DiskImageMounter application. The FontFX program is distributed as an.dmg file.

It appears there's some minor corruption with your copy of Mac OS X in that it's choosing to open files with the wrong application.
